We had one good experience and one horrible experience with this agency. Sadly its the terrible/unhelpful/costly experience that sticks.
We are in the process of starting from scratch with another (less rip-off the expat) agency...fingers crossed we have a better experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience with the agent (Hazel). I am trying to hire a helper but they are not cooperative at all. Hang up my phone before I could finish saying my sentence.
Definitely wonโt recommend for all helpers and employers.

Interviews were professional, with only you and the candidate present. They do not give loans to candidates and follow a strict ethics code. Support since then has been helpful and quick.

Then I have a call from Ma,am rosiah one of the employer wants to interview. So I got the interview sunday chinese employer.short story she confirm me to the sgency. That the best thing for me . โ โ โ โ โ This is a great agency with amazing helpers. They are 3 for 3 with us, as we also recommended them to two friends who are very satisfied. Cinderella is also good with services and questions even after you have paid. Would highly recommend working with them if you want a transfer helper - someone who has already worked in Singapore and will have experience. You will pay a bit more but it is worth it for us and many others.
