I remember vividly we have an aircon issue during covid lockdown period. She understood our problem, sympathised with us and also discussed with owner to provide us an temp air cooler.
I would say being fair is her greatest attributes. She would go the extra mile to ensure you get a fair price...

She was very helpful and walked me through all requirements. Once I was ready, I reached out to her again and we commenced the process in April 2022. What I like about Cindy is that she’s very professional, knowledgeable, patient and most of all reliable with your interest at heart. She is not demanding or pushy. She gives you space and works with you as if she’s buying her own flat, with care and diligence. Through her extensive research I was able to successfully offer for a suitable unit at exactly the HDB valuation. Currently I’m working with her to complete the sale.
