I got my first Rolex from David at Citi Watch. He is really friendly and gave me a pleasant first watch experience. Thank you David for the watch and attractive deal :)

The shop sells everything, like omega, rolex, tag heuer, iwc, tudor, tissot, seiko. The owner is very nice person, he is good to making friend. The service and price are absolutely excellent. Very recommended shop.

EDIT Add on to store owners reply: I think you do not know what you’re talking about. In fact I brought the watch to ION Orchard Level 1 Tudor Boutique to check with the staff named Z**ley, he confirms the watch as unauthentic as there was no serial number on the back lugs of the watch which has to be there on all modern Tudor watches. Avoid at all cost! Other reviews clearly show the way he treats his customers. A few dealers already flagged out this store on forums and telegram groups with cloned top grade movements on some Rolex models. People walk out of the store with no knowledge in watches, and I can tell you I’m in the watch game for many years. If you want to buy a watch, look elsewhere, make sure reviews are great. Be careful with this store, sold me a luxury watch. Can highly confirm that it is fake, the watch has no serial number engravings on the other side, crown looks off and the card is from a China AD that dosent exist when I search it up. Worse thing is that watch still has 3 years warranty from the manufacturer but it was already polished so badly with scratches all over for some reason (super red flag) dinged glass and seller advertised as new, good condition with no scratches or dents. It literally has deep deep scratches even on places that it shouldn’t be, like between the lugs on the case where the strap is at. I’ve never felt so cheated before. Worse thing the store denied that the condition was bad and said that they can help me polish more and it was just a crazy moment when the watch is so messed up already plus too many red flags that I don’t even want it anymore. You can probably tell how shady this watch store is. The aftermarket strap they provided me was also a used and in bad condition. Final verdict, avoid this place at all costs, too many red flags. I was lucky to return the fake watch at a loss. Especially if you’re getting a luxury watch, it’s much better spending your money elsewhere to be safe.

Never coming back! Very poor and rude service at citiwatch. Bought an omega seamaster but the crown and time setting had some issues after a week. Returned to the shop ended up David quoted $600 to fix the movement. Started blaming me too that I have to bear the costs. If you were to get a watch here, forget about after sales service. Just be careful, look at all past reviews of the same problem 2 years ago and his irresponsible replies!

Clearly the bad reviews posted here are by buyers who don’t know what they are buying and end up unhappy. The store owner gives the best deals for luxury watches in Singapore. Other luxury dealers get from him as well. Only thing is there isn’t much variety. Definitely can buy without worry. Check it out for yourself before you pass judgement for a small store.

Excellent experience. The shop owner is a honest man. His price is very competitive and good value. Got my ladies watch here and Air King. Brought to Rolex to check and everything was 100% and registered.

David is definitely honest businessman, it’s really lucky to meet him and he save my Tag Heuer by just using 10 minutes time. This issue been pending so long as I been visit 2 others repair shop they give not only terrible price also lead-time. Please support this kind of people to make sure fair business still keep surviving ??????.
