Used Citimap 3 times. 2012, 2015 and just few days ago again. Just quotation in few minutes with clear explanation by Sales person. (Al**). Their service is quite clear. Service quality is better than. Some workers were familiar who came our home. Definitely all of them are very skilled. They knew what I needed. More 150 boxes for 5 family members were mesh. But no worried with Citimap. I also recommended them to my friend before. Quite good feedback. One of additional service we used was that we asked Citimap to pack our kitchen belongings like bowls, cups and plates because we were not sure how we could pack all of them without any issues. I highly recommend that service. Thanks again Citimap. I'm not sure when I need to move again. See u then.

First time using this mover for my small office move, from Woodlands to Jurong East. The team is very professional, patience and efficient. They also helped to dismantle and re-assemble my bottless racks at my new place. All furnitures are shrink-wrapped before moving. Most importantly, their charge is reasonable! Definitely recommend their service to all! Can call and look for Andy.

We engaged Citimap movers early this year after a friend recommended them highly to us. The team of about 8 or 9 movers were extremely professional and accommodating! They made sure our items were carefully handled. When setting up at our new place, the supervisor was very sharp and noticed that the corner of our bed frame was scratched. He immediately asked his workers what had happened, only to have us assure him that it wasn't their fault at all; our cat had been using the bed frame as a scratching post. They made sure all the logistics were handled well such that we didn't have to worry about a thing. They handled the deposit with the condos, got the move completed within the stated time and were friendly and approachable throughout. They even went well over and above what was expected: - They helped us pack up the last of our things on the day of the move. - They helped to move our fridge to a new location, and when it wouldn't fit through the door, they even helped to remove the fridge door to make it fit, then put the door back on again! - They even helped to mount our TV and soundbar! That was totally unexpected, but really made our day =D We recently hired another well-publicized moving company but let's just say that we seriously regretted it and wish we had hired Citimap again. We won't be moving again soon but will HIGHLY recommend Citimap movers to others in a heartbeat! Well done, Citimap! =D

Used this company 2 weeks ago, I had to buy my own bubble wrap as the movers ran out of them when carton boxes were delivered. Movers were quite professional and pleasant during the move but upon arrival at my place, my study table was spoiled and only held together by the clear wrap. The washing machine did not work immediately. Called and informed the company but no one revert, my follow ups calls were just ignored (calls not picked up) and my mobile number being blocked. Totally unprofessional.

I have been using their service since 6 years ago. Very profecssional movers, flexible and trustworthy. Will always help to wrap n protect every furniture without any damage. Have recommended so many friends and relatives. All are very happy with the service. Thank you CitiMap n Good Job Guys!

Horrendous movers!! Must pay for 60 boxes, ended with 30. Have to ask for bubble wraps and tapes and gave pathetic number to pacify. 2 weeks before moving, informed that our slot has been moved to 2pm instead of e agreed 930am!! We do have timing for moving house in sg right?! If they are professional and experience, they should know. We cancelled using them and found a much friendlier and considerate mover. No wonder they ask for payment for boxes in advance! Scam!

This is the second time we've used Citimap movers. They are surprisingly fast. The new place had a smaller lift and somehow they managed to get all our furniture into the new place. Very recommended!! Will definitely use them again when I move next!
