★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can hardly find airy and bright corridors such as Cititech in newer buildings these days. Building is well managed, clean and organised. Building is away from the busy roads of Paya Lebar, Ubi and Eunos and it is near to town and CBD. Good freehold property for investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't ever rent any unit there. The management are SUPER corrupted and double standard!!! Your rent there you sway! When you even met one lousy "chairman" only they can do whatever they want. Just don't ever have thoughts of renting there. If you are not in the Committee or you don't own any unit there you are just gonna get disturb by them.
