β β β β β One of the best place to contribute your all for their success. I was forced by a believer to accept the love of god and become a better person but sadly the organization has plentiful of unscrupulous people within itself and I am done with them in this church.

β β β β β This is one of the no-go place I would strongly caution everyone on this, particularly when their controversy may be long past, but people still remembered them.
I ain't no boomer nor anti-Pentecostal, but rather would strongly advise to anyone that if you wish to visit a church with a sound doctrine, go for other churches that does not promote "prosperity gospel" like CHC does.
Plus the Suntec venue part which makes other commenters felt anguished about it through their experience.

β β β β β Was previously a churchgoer at CHC but due to the scandals and manipulation from some members, I have stopped returning here for the service. The members have fallen too deep for some.

β β β β β Iβve been a long time churchgoer of this church since I was 16 but moved abroad for many years and only just recently came back to visit after COVID and decided to attend service. They put on some movie trailer of some Chinese movie made by a well known extremely racist Singaporean Chinese director. Like how is any of this relevant to church?? Itβs appalling that apart from the fact that they worship a racist man who makes racist movies, they spent a significant portion of the service promoting this guyβs dumb movie that most Singaporeans donβt even like. Donβt go here. Go to church anywhere else in Singapore.
