Engaged City Reno for minor carpentry works for 2 bedrooms. Service delivery was very professional. Am very happy that I chose them. 1) Mr Jimmy was very responsive and attentive to our needs. This is extremely important given the complexities of renovation works. To me, responsiveness is extremely important and Mr Jimmy went above and beyond to ensure that all concerns were addressed. 2) End product was of very good quality. Carpentry works are usually difficult to execute as there could be a mismatch of expectations / visualizations vs end product. However, the City Reno's carpenter was attentive of my requirements, and the finishing was very good. Do be very clear and state upfront what you require. 3) Given current Covid climate, prices in the market can be ridiculously expensive. However, City Reno's prices were reasonable and they managed to exceed my expectations.
