Very poor service. They totally forgot my order and when I reach there, I have nothing to collect. If you are planning a party, forget about this place. They can totally spoil your party because they can't be trusted to prepare your orde!

Friendly staff. I didn't know I have to call 2 days before to place order. However, the staff did there best and accommodate. Will be back.

Zero information online of no walk-in policy. Inflexible with same day order and staff is insistent on one day prior order

Honestly, i rarely go online to give a review. But seeing that they only have 3.4 stars, i felt that they deserved better. Ordered the food 3 weeks ago in advance for Christmas Eve party. The staff called back in approx 2 days later when i sent an order confirmation slip over. Everything was swift, and driver arrive for delivery on time. However, i was late, due to bad jam and road work. I'm rarely someone who is late, especially I do understand drivers have to go several location during such peak period. However, the driver is very kind and patience, unlike some driver which i believe may have shouted and blame you for wasting their time. For that, i really think they deserve these 5 stars. Would really like to thank the driver for waiting for me on Christmas Eve, and even offer to help me send the goods to the required area. Love that they packed all the cold food in a nice ice cooling bag. Unlike other suppliers i tried in the past. Last but not least, friends and family commented their satay is good. No doubt on that! Lamb chop can improve abit though. hehe But i will definitely order from City Satay again for my next party!
