Bus was on time, clean, spacious. We took the 2+1 double deck bus. The Driver was very friendly.

Bus didn't come after 40 mins of waiting. called and nobody picked up. Many travellers left stranded at the pickup point. Terrible service. Should just close down and don't waste people time and money.

Everyday, the hotline no. was never responded at all. Bus late for 2.5hrs. No proper advice given even after we asked the admin staff at Golden Mile Complex. The staff were so blur. Next, the msian driver just dumped us at JB chkpt and we were so panick hunting high and low for the replacement bus to continue with us. This shall be the first and last time using Cityline Travel.?????

Very bad totally no communication at all in want to query something. Bus delayed by 4 hrs and no guidance or advice after you've past the Malaysian customs. Totally no advice we're changing bus nor an admin staff to give us advice very chaotic. Go around very stressful to look for an answer or advise. After half an hour search than found another provider to take us. Nearly give up n return to Spore...and thereafter another story while going to KL...???

I'm booking a coach tickets and depart from Singapore Tan Quee Lan Street on 9Aug2019 departure time:12:15AM, but the coach didn't turn up. There were still others passengers like us waiting till 1AM. We keep calling the bus company person in charge but no one answer the called. In the end, we just grab car to Woodlands custom and bought a new ticket from jb larkin.

Worse ever that other buses company , from sunny day wait til heavy rain 1.45pm bus can delay til 4pm to pick up. Not a trip, but is 2trip also delay the times. If u prefer to attend any urgent matters u are not suggest to take this bus, cause i miss the dinner with my family. ( when they a delay the time will sms info u, and not be punctual )

Service very bad. We booked the coach to malacca , there were 18 people in the coach. once the coach reach Singapore customs , someone come from no where , telling us that the driver forgot to take passport, all of us need to change coach. We saw the driver at Malaysia customs and he told us he was instructed to go to KL. We are ok to combine coach if going to same destination. The worse is, second coach never send us to our destination. Just ask us to alight somewhere and transfer us to a small van and the second coach continues the journey to genting. The van only got 12 seater which not included the luggage. totally cannot fill in 18 peoples.

I traveled from Singapore bugis mrt to Malacca hatten hotel recently . I took the double decker bus with bus no. PA928D. After I booked the tickets and made the payment on easy book , I went to see the reviews and I got a shock looking at all the bad reviews 4 to 5 months ago. I decided to call cityline to clarify to back out the booking. The staff told me that they started this express service only in mid October. The reviews which I saw online were not true. It was operated by PSG cityline 1 group 4 to 5 months ago. The staff assured me that their buses are more new and well maintained compared to PSG cityline. When traveling on the bus, the driver and guide really exceeded my expectations. The bus came on time and driver ensured that everyone boarded the bus before he drove off. It was a wonderful experience I had with Cityline Travel. Would recommend Cityline Travel if you are aiming for a safe and comfortable ride from Singapore to Malaysia.
