It is a nice cosy shop tucked on the 5th floor of an industrial building. Good food around the vicinity, so no harm visiting here on an empty stomach!
Cityluxe offers one of the best prices and variety for stationery and fountain pen lovers. Their staff are also friendly to talk to; They are also professional and knowledgeable, and can answer even the silliest questions that you may have. Yes, they don't expect you to already know what you are buying. Feel free to ask "What is a fountain pen? Why should I get one?"
Their workroom also offer workshops and you can check them out online.
It is better to check out the online shop, as they do not carry some third-party items in their store and they do not place price tag on their items in-store. However, they do have sample units of their fountain pens (esp the popular ones) so you can at least see those physically before taking the plunge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of pens and they allow you to sit down and try out the different pens and nib sizes, staff there is patient and friendly and won’t disturb you while you are trying out the pens. Offered to help me swap out the pen’s nib when the nib size I wanted wasn’t available. Good sales from time to time and knowledgeable staff makes this place worth a visit for fountain pen and related supplies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time to the workshop, I brought in a pen to check on the nib and at the same time pick up another pen and a jigsaw puzzle. The staff, Eti, was patient and I had a hard time explaining the problem I have with the nib. She is helpful and took out some pens for me to try to make a comparison. Workshop is nice, able to try out some fountain pens and it’s nibs and colour swatches of the inks that they have. Street side parking available as limited parking at the building.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and would definitely visit again.

The quality of the pens were really good and my dad really loved the gift set I got him. Thank you Cityluxe.

May Ling was very patient in explaining all the different pens etc. Great space with many pens to try. This is how a business should be managed. They will get all of my pen and ink business going forward!
