I witness yr security guard speaking very rudely with my limo cilent at the dropoff area at around 9.45am 28 June today .
The security guard is an indian and he is fairly plump. i didnt manage to get hold of his name.
I fetched my cilent from kallang riverside condo to cityscape After my cilent alighted with a bunch of luggage and bags the guard approached him asked him what was he doing here in a very provocative tone.
My cilent then replied that he had just moved here and all that security guard did was replied OK in a bossy tone.
Mind you my cilent is a soft spoken friendly gentleman he absolutely does not deserve this kind of treatment at all.

Made visitor/contractors write their own details without checking accuracy and didn't check temperature during Covid-19 period. Writing down details should be checked and verified by security.
Said security guard, he didn't even bother to do their one job as proper security, super rude and no manners, was busy cleaning his motorbike parked outside of the guard house.
Not professional at all. Read the rest of the reviews on rude security manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walking distance to Farrar Park, Balestier and Novena. Biggest development at Mergui Road. Upper floor cityviews are good and windy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are wondering where is the rest of the facilities, they are located at the roof top of the carpark - jacuzzi, tennis court, kids play ground and additional BBQ pit. While not the best, there are others in worse conditions. Generally quite area, no big crowds of people hanging around outside, etc.
