Service not so good considering after spending more $10k on cruise.

Not the most accessible travel agency in Singapore for sure. It’s located in the middle of an office building, so if you did not know if it’s existence prior, it’s unlikely you will stumble upon it. Not sure if they have other branches, but past the nondescript front door and the size indicates an operational scale that seems to be quite big. Customer service isn’t the best though. Probably wasn’t expecting a random walk in. But when staff outnumbers a potential client 4 to 1, I think it shouldn’t be that hard given those numbers. Of the 4 staff, I was slightly acknowledged by one with a grunt and a head tilt to redirect me. After redirection, the subsequent staff member was like miles better, but she was speaking a little bit softly, and when there are 3 others yammering right beside me about what they brought for lunch and a lengthy discussion of what they should had gotten instead, was just annoying. Did not commit to a purchase since I was having a headache at this point, trying to decipher important cruise related information from an epic food discussion.

Always have received good service from them especially in times of need! Have booked from several agencies before and by far they are the fastest in response and handling the case if any issue arises, example change of room etc. Prompt and good customer service especially from Marie. ????????????

My parents booked Royal Carribean Cruise through City State and their point of contact was Marie. Her after sale service was sloppy especially given the fact that my parents had to cancel their trip due to health reasons with doctor certification. My mother called Marie to confirm her cancellation but was told to confirm via email which my mother wouldnt know how to go about doing so. As a result of the poor following up of my mother cancellation request, my parents had to pay panelty fee which was initially not incurred. We managed to get back part of the booking fee, after 8 weeks instead of 6 weeks as promised. The agency insisted we claimed the penalty through insurance when it was their oversight in cancellation of the booking in the first place. Had these aged customers know how to go about handling cancellation through confirmation of email and claiming of insurance, I believed they wouldn't need to engage a travel agent and could have done the booking through Royal Carribean themselves.

They only do cruises so if you are looking at other types of travel packages then you are better off going to other travel agencies. They do not open on Sundays either. In any case, I don't advise making payments on Sundays as the cruise lines over at the US sites may go on maintenance and you might find yourself making a wasted trip (experience from another agency). Generally professional agents here but really depends but if you need information and catalogues on the different cruises, this is a good place to start.
