Just a little bit of suggestion. I hope you could teach the young members here some social skill like how to feel empathetic towards those who living near to a hospital who have been suffering silently for being disturbed by SCDF ambulance sirens day and night. It's probably only a few of ambulance drivers who lack of it and continuously making noisy siren late night or early morning, but it's sort of spoiling the entire reputation of SCDF our there. If only can visit to learn about civil defence

Not suitable for people with disabilities. Don't think they want to hire PWDs in there. Not even for clerical or administrative positions?

Food can be improved, queue time quite long.

From the time I'm an NSF until almost ROD around 10 years. The place haven't really upgraded or change one bit. Ippt system still use the old and sluggish system. I once did my ippt here. Cat 1 due to heavy rain, they cancel and said my test is invalid. Very unprofessional. Visitors have to park at Carpark B where it's a 15mins walk to the gate where the outsourced security with their unenthusiastic mood will scan ur bags and stuff which I think like useless cause they are not even doing it properly. Lastly, the canteen food is the worst. Not the NSF caterer but rather the stallholder. Not fresh, gives me bad tummy ache and worst still, unfriendly uncle.
