★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst customer service. If I could give them negative stars I would. When we had called the first time, on Friday, they assured we would receive our parcels that day. We then called Monday, with no delivery, they claimed their driver (assuming they only have one driver island-wide?) was in an accident and only discharged today. Asked for a window of time they would deliver and the man said he would call back. No call back so hours later we called and asked if they could locate the driver to give an estimate arrival time, and they said they have no way of contacting him. Conflicting stories with each person you talk to. Stick to SingPost next time!!
