I decided to repair my car here as the boss is my mum's friend. It was the worst decision of my life. Not only did my car died again one day after repair, there is a weird sound coming from my engine that gets louder and louder each day. The boss and workers are all rude and unethical. The boss purposely ignored my phone calls and when I bring my car down to check what's the problem, he refused to take in my car?! This shop is waiting to shut down. Heed my advice. Do not go.

Best place to go if you want an honest mechanic to work on your car. They are not fitters! They are true mechanics in every sense of the word. Something almost impossible to find in Singapore now a days...

Overall pleasant experience. Finally settled my wheel alignment issue after running around for 3 days. Also got to experience the latest diagnostic computer.

Changed transmission oil with them. Super good service will be coming back soon to get more things done with them! 10/10!

Been very happy w Ah Koon and his team. He’s not quick to change parts. Instead he insists on detailed troubleshooting until he’s confident which part is causing the problem. I find them honest and reasonably priced. They are also good at troubleshooting difficult issues. Tip: try to arrange to go down in the morning (9.30 am onwards) cause it tends to get a lot busier after lunch.

Had a rear brake pad replaced few month ago. Very experienced guy. Price very reasonable too. The mechanic did try persuade me to replaced some additional parts. But after decade of driving, I know roughly the mileage when to change and will only do if any drop in responsive. Overall will still recommend them.

Went there with my 4.5 years old Opel Astra to fix whatever leaks that may be present, gave them the free play to replace anything they deem fit. When the price was made known to me, very reasonably quoted. During my very first visit to change gearbox oil, they were quite busy and did not have much chance to interact with me. I thought of them as quite fierce initially. Everything changed during my second oil leak repair visit, chatted with them and learnt a lot from them too. Some people will complain that it wasn't a good customer experience etc. In my opinion, best customer service i have encountered to date. Strongest technical knowledge in the field too. Many car workshops filled with poor knowledge staff, seen a fair share even in those highly raved about workshops. It is a shame that I didn't get to know them earlier, else I would have sent my Opel Combo company vehicle here instead of being chopped carrot at other 3rd party workshops. Stop using sub-standard workshops, swing by CK Motor and see for yourself. P.S I am in no way affiliated with them. Purely an honest review
