No regrets approaching Abigail and Trevor when coming to purchasing our first family car. Abigail understand our needs before recommending us the Honda Jazz and of course our budget and try her very best to work around to ensure that we are comfortable before confirming the car. From the start to the end of the purchase, she is never pushy in asking us to confirm the purchase! She is also very helpful and sincere in answering all our questions (as it is our first time, we have tons!). Abigail also tried her best to chase the finance company (to approve the loan) so that she could hand over the vehicle to us on our desired date. On the day of visit to view and test drive the vehicle, Trevor is very patient with us while explaining the specs of the vehicle (he is not pushy as well)! He is very detailed during the explanation, and he also guided us on the financing process. He also told us that no matter what vehicle problems we faced, we can look for him, and he would help us! I was driving my Toyota Rush for 15 years. I had no clue how a Hybrid car works nor the technology that evolved during these years. Trevor was very thorough and patient with the description and explanation when I first saw the Toyota C-HR. He also ensured a smooth transition from my old car to my new car with regular updates.
