Definitely a hidden gem! Went there for facial 2 days ago, the place was super clean & comfortable. Mabel did my facial for me, she was so attentive to my needs as she noticed my face was quite sensitive and quickly suggested me another alternative treatment, which is the stem cell facial. She will explain it in detail on what shes putting on my face and what’s the purpose of it. Her massage was also good! Wish it was longer ?..anyway after the facial, my face became fairer and cleaner. Will definitely come back again!

The staff there are really friendly and the facial is really thorough. I have personally never experienced any hard selling cause they don’t have to - their service really speaks for itself. Thank you Cloud9 beauty bar team! Finally found my comfort facial spot :)

First time visiting cloud9, the beauty bar was super cozy. The staffs were super friendly and nice. The beautician was gentle with my face throughout the process, even explained each step so that you'll know what has been done. Booked my first facial with them and I opted for the signature facial. The whole process was very smooth and comfortable. As for the service, Clara was very patient in explaining to me my skin concerns and provided the necessary treatment for my skin condition. Would be back again! Had an amazing experience here, it was my first time doing facial and I totally enjoyed it. Did the Bespoke Facial and boy did my face glow after. They provide a complementary manual extraction for all facials, so face feels pretty clean after. 10/10 recommend. Clara is very patient and gentle as well. Definitely coming back for more treatments! ❤️

Had the Korean bb facial here by Clara and she was really professional! I love that they don’t hard sell any products or packages. Space is cosy too. Can’t wait to go back for more facials :)

Went for my first (Clara) and second facial (Eve) with Cloud9 and both my experience with them were great! The whole process was great and smooth and I really like the the fact that they will explain each step so that I am aware what they will be doing next. My face definitely feel smoother after each facial session, and they definitely do not hard sell at all! Looking forward to my next facial session with them! ☺️

Went for my first ever brow shaping & facial session at Cloud9 Beauty bar. I was super impressed with the service that Clara & her team provided! Clara is very professional & knowledgeable at what she’s doing. She would take the initiative to explain what she’s doing and how it can benefit my skin. I must that say that the extraction process were bearable and not painful. As for brow shaping, she’s extremely meticulous and precise. The place was aesthetically pleasing, calming & peaceful, to the extend that you might be able to fall asleep at any point in time while they work on your face. Right after your session, you will get a hot cup of tea to end the wonderful session! The best part of this is that it is affordable and there’s NO hardselling before, during & after your session. I will highly recommend to anyone here and I can’t wait for my next visit. Will definitely try other services that she offer too!
