★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have informed them NOT to send shipping documents that is NOT related to us for several times more than 5 times and it was TOTALLY IGNORED. Have also need to keep chase for portnet release and processing is extremely slow

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience among all shipping company. Hope others can avoid this lousy company. During my first import, I paid the fees using my personal bank account, they replied email after I paid stating they do not accept transfer from personal account, only cooperate account and took more than a month to refund.
During my second import this month, they required you to create an account from their web and submit all documents inside making customers troublesome and account was not fully activated after 5working days. Other shipping company process was a breeze while this was super user-unfriendly.

They demand payment immediate. But found out it not suppose to pay takes several weeks. And the amount is not big.
On top of this, every refund require you to fill up a form.
Why is this company so inefficient ? You just refunded me 3months ago and here you are asking me to fill up a new form when there is no change in my bank details. You guys too free finding task to keep busy infront of your superior?
Just to highlight to all, please do not ever deal or liaise with them. I dont even know if their staff know what they are doing or asking.
