if item is not available, make the effort to let your customer know that item is not available and they are
okay with other items instead of making decisions of your own.
waste money and time to talk to grab support. dont anyhow see panadol and assume people can eat and replace menstrual cramp panadol with another type of panadol. if can replace i buy from grab mart for what?
