★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The turnover rate of therapists is high and their skills are just mediocre. Receptionist will hard sell packages to you. Please avoid.

FIRST the YAN LI doctor asked do you have insurance? if yes, can claim thru insurance. after that she listed down the price and so pushy. keep forcing me to take 14 days medi which is $10 per day ($140 gone) after that she ask me want to do cupping? i told her i dont mind and cupping is ($15) after that she up sales ask me to do another 1 which is more expensive ($45)i told her i want cupping she keep telling me this is better than cupping! force me to get the $45. right after she bring me to a room and i waited 10 mins she still not here i decided to leave. i took out $15 to pay consultation fee the recep lady quickly ask the doctor out and the doctor saw me holding the $15 dollar
snatched my money and say okie if you got something on you may leave after that the doc throw the money on the table and she walked back to her room. totally is a scammer! i should have walk away! damn it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Fave voucher that includes 1 hour of Tui Na massage at around $28 and went to Rivervale Mall outlet. Overall the massage was so-so, nothing to shout out about. The masseur (Ms Tang Rong Qian) is quite chatty during the massage. Halfway through the massage she suddenly opened the door and talked to a guy for a few seconds while I was lying there undressed (lower body covered in towel only). Not professional at all. The masseurs were quite pushy afterwards as well. The receptionist also seems like she had a bad day by the look from her face. When we said we will consider the package, she didnt even say thank you or anything. Just nodded her head while using her computer. Thank goodness we did not buy any package from them. Poor customer service, normal massage skills, definitely will not return again / recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor was good and patiently explained all tiny details and encouraged me to do accupunture, which I was feared of in the beginning but later it was of no pain actually. Overall nice experience and 5 stars.
