★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service at Siloso Beach branch, the grumpy cashier who recognized that I was a repeat customer decided to lessen the serving size of the cup of coco juice into half. This was really odd but it happened twice already on purpose so I am not going back and will not recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Mao Shan Wang durian ice cream is great, but the way it was served was a let down. Prepackaged and plonked on the tray in front of me.
That said, taste was on point. The seating area is large and quite empty. Though seats are not comfy enough to sit for long.
They give you free coconut water with some purchases. Good for washing down the durian ice cream.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a tourist, we wanted to try this cool looking drink and dessert. They only take cash (which we didn’t have) payment or scan-and-pay via LOCAL bank!! Shocked that it’s operating in a Tourist hot spot that doesn’t accept Mastercard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this outlet 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. There were only 2 tables and a few chairs around. Customers who bought drinks and ice cream were unable to seat, and had to consume their drinks/desserts standing up, squatting down, or they had to sit on the floor, which is outrageously unacceptable.
Before you start yapping, No this is not due to safe distancing measures. From my understanding, and if you look at the pictures taken of this outlet just a couple months prior, there were way more tables & chairs then !
Also, the entire outlet only had 1 lady staff working that day! Because that day was a warm day, there was a long lane of customers, and this poor lady staff was just so overwhelmed with doing everything by herself !
She had to do the drinks / dessert preparing, she had to do the cashiering, I used a voucher for my purchase, the poor lady had to key in everything manually. Whats worse was I saw her cutting coconuts barehanded by herself, while half a dozen of guests are waiting for their orders under the hot sun !!
Conutink management, I know you wanna make money, but with that many customers patronizing your place, surely you can jolly well afford to hire an extra helping hand !!
Dun tell me you do not know that your staff are overworked !! Dun tell me every single thing can be done by just 1 person !!
Mr Cononut locations has at least 3 staff managing one store, and you only have 1 poor lady managing the place at the SENTOSA outlet !!
Are you out of your mind? Why do you wanna be cut-throats to your workers at Sentosa of all places? Do you want for tourists, locals, the entire world to see how cheapskate you are?
And put out more chairs and tables for goodness sake !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on 14 May 2022. Staff were unfortunately unable to handle even a small queue and demonstrated lack of teamwork; they were visibly distressed when one customer asked where their order was, and were quarreling with each other instead of managing the orders. Service was incredulously slow because of that. Please do something about the staff (e.g. provide them with training, or change new staff)
The desserts are priced at tourist-y prices, though the mao shan wang ice cream was quite ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the right location of co-nut-ink in silosa beach as there is one more wrongly tagged near to a coffee cafe. The menu is simple and awesome. Must try if you are near to this joint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another favourite coconut store of mine. The classic coconut shake is delicious, size wise seems small and isn’t worth the expensive price but it filled me up pretty quickly. The downside was that there was only two lady working in the outlet and they took a little longer to serve us the drinks and ice cream. There wasn’t much customers either but the wait was still alright to me. I suggest to increase their manpower in this outlet for better efficiency since this is a tourist spot too. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coconut ice cream is waaaay too sweet for my liking :/ Also, imagine my disappointment biting into the soggy cashew nuts. Would have been better if they had used fresh nuts. It was served with the coconut water from the husk. For the price of S$7.50, its a miss for me. Note that they only accept paylah/paynow payment.
