★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben Koh is unprofessional and childish. He doesn't appreciate what is a Service Provider. Even after providing him with years of advice, he will give us the worst credit with one small incident. And to make matters worst, this one small incident is because of his incapability to understand/describe the problem. Be careful if he engages you as a Service Provider.
When being asked a simple question, "what else do I need to make you happy? Visit your office an troubleshoot this particular user till everything works?".... it's enough to trigger his anger, without trying to understand that Service Provider has already tried to resolve all the problems. If this is not childish, I really don't know what is.
