This place has one of the most wonderful service I have ever experienced. I purchase a watch from them, could get it within a day. Overall, good experience and the staff had even recommend me what to buy. Would recommend this place!

I am so happy that I got my watch tommy Hilfiger during a promo. It is so sleek and I haven't stopped wearing it since. Plus, I found out that they are part of Norbreeze Group, so their watches are definitely authentic.

I love shopping for last minute gifts at this store because they have the world's best delivery service! You can order your gift and have it delivered to your door in less than 24 hours. They also have a few stores in Singapore so it's a convenient for after sales service too.

This is one of the worst online service I have ever experienced. Purchasing and shipping went well. The watch I purchased has a low quality "leather" strap. It wrinkled when I tried to wear it. 1 month later the strap between the top and bottom opened up. Called the service office and explained the situation. I was told that I can go down to Takashimaya or Tangs to get my strap replaced and to bring my invoice since the warranty card was not stamped by Cocomi. Went down to Takashimaya and was told that they do not fix straps. She told me to go to Raffles City. I head there immediately. The guy who attended to me said they do not keep straps at the counter. He called Cocomi and spoke to someone called Hanissa. He told me that she will call me and he has given her my details. 1 week on, no calls. Called Cocomi and was told that she is likely working from home and they will pass the message along for her to call me. Another week has passed and still no calls. I will try to call them again but I do not have high expectations. This will be my first and last purchase from them. For those who want to buy a Bering watch, think twice. I went to other watch shops to try to change the strap and they said I have to go back to Bering's service center. Cocomi does not deserve a star, but there is no option for that.

I recently bought a pair of watches from Cocomi. A treat for myself and a gift for my sister for her birthday. As it was a last-minute purchase, I opted for the next-day delivery and I received it before 3pm the following day which is amazing! The live chat on the platform was also extremely helpful as I shared my concern about receiving the gift on time as well as confirming the colours of the watch. I also found out that there’s a lot of fakes being sold on Lazada and Shopee so it’s best to buy directly from Cocomi! My sister was also able to bring her watch to their store in VivoCity for a complimentary resizing of straps since I got her one of those link bracelets. Will buy from them again, perhaps a strap for my apple watch. Thank you guys for making me and my sister really happy. ?

Cocomi has always been my default go-to for watches. The watches are of the best and unique collection. Along with the pleasant customer service they provide, they always got me going back to them for more purchase. Highly recommended to anyone looking for watches!

I love shopping at cocomi. I am super impressed given how fast they react to my request. I ordered a watch on Friday, which they are supposed to delivery on the day itself. However, I gave the wrong address and had only inform them much later. Nevertheless, they responded quickly still could deliver it to my hubby on time. We had a great wedding anniversary ~ Thank you cocom! Will definitely purchase again.
