★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food are nice, but DO NOT bother to order the drinks. The coffeeshop sells the most expensive neighbourhood coffee in Singapore. A cup of coffee (kopi) cost SGD1.40!! The drinks have always been seriously overpriced.

ON A side note, the zichar here is really good!!! Their beef fried rice always give lots of very tender beef!! Very worth it!!
Come for the zichar, not the caifan ?
