My office has a servicing contract with Coldmax for the past two years. They have always been punctual and done a professional job without any issue. Recently, I engaged them for the a/c units at my residence. It was a last minute request and has to be done within a tight timeframe as I'll be away in a few days time for an extended period. Shu Huey managed to find a next day slot for me and Melissa followed up with a phone call to confirm the timing when I was too busy to response. Their servicing team, Brendon and Owen came right on time (texting and calling ahead before arrival for an ETA), gave assessment of the units' conditions, did chemical cleaning for one unit and asked us to vet the results as they progressed. They also advised and informed us on maintenance, warranty and such. They have overall good, polite, well-trained and professional team with stress-free services. They are able to accomodate when they can and offer alternative solutions. We are very happy with the services and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with their service! There were some problem with two of my aircons. I previously asked a different company for servicing and was told that a lot of tge motor parts were faulty and needed to be changed, which would have cost $1000++. Thankfully I decided to seek for a second opinion and found Cold Max based on website reviews. The Cold Max people came and took time to check on my aircon thoroughly before explaining to us what were the problems. It happens that only a small temperature sensor needed to be changed, and all other parts are fine, just badly needed a good clean and top up gas. Everything was fixed on the same day, and I only have to pay $300+. My goodness, compared to the other company's quotation i have saved so much! And not to forget about the hassle it would be if i have to change all the motor parts! Thank you Cold Max for being so professional, the excellent workmanship, and the wonderful service attitude! Definitely gonna look for them again next time!

After trying them for a few times on ad hoc basis, we signed up an annual contract with them. Booking was a breeze using Whatsapp. The team of 3 technicians were professional, polite and friendly. I was doing computer work when they did the servicing and they were considerate enough to let me know in advance of the noise. They absolutely provided customer satisfaction!

The 2 technicians were very careful when they dismantled the FCUs, washed the cooling coil (see my mucky before and shiny clean after photos) fins very thoroughly and cleaned up the work area after finishing up. Very pleased with the service quality. Thank you.

I have been relying on Cold Max to service my air-con for more than 3 years. I also recommended them to my friends and relatives who needed help with their air-con. The technician are friendly, professional and on time. The servicing charges are also reasonable and transparent. When my old air-con system finally broke down after many years of use, I chose to engage Cold Max to install a new System 4 air-con instead of buying from the well-known megastores because Cold Max prices are way more competitive than the megastores. I also know that I can look for them in future for regular maintenance of the air-con system.

Will try to be as objective as I can for this review. What I liked about Cold Max: 1) WhatsApp-ed them to request for routine servicing and repair and they promptly replied. The scheduling lady informed me that the earliest slot would be this Saturday, but I requested ASAP due to 1 leaking aircon. They kindly shifted some schedules around and they accommodated me on the very same day. 2) The technicians arrived early, and called me 30 mins prior to inform of their early arrival. 3) They were professional and focused on doing the maintainance well. They were not pushy, and did not ask us to top-up for more services unnecessarily. Good tips and advice were also given to better maintain our aircons. 4) The main technician Loh was able to accurately diagnose the issue and resolve the leaky aircon issue and all aircons were blowing colder air after servicing. They also offer free 3 months warranty. 5) Very reasonable pricing compared to other companies we engaged before. What I disliked about Cold Max: Just when we thought we ended up as happy customers, the state of our service yard shocked us. Everything was covered in black soot, every nook and cranny. Have uploaded some pictures so shall let the pictures do the talking. These pictures only shows half of the aftermath as I didn't manage to take more pics. Left them feedback regarding this, and while they called me to explain further, I was only told that "it's outdoors and there was wind when the technician was cleaning the compressor so it happens". But we did not experience this with previous companies engaged. If our service yard was going to be completely covered in black soot, we could have been informed first so that we can drape covers/shift all our stuff. Or at the very least, we could have been informed about the mess made instead of leaving us to discover it as a shock. I spent 3 hours cleaning and re-washing everything in the service yard thereafter, and it was painful. Update 1 Dec: The team contacted me again to offer their apologies and offered to clean up the aftermath. Although I didn't require the cleaning services anymore, I appreciate the sincerity in their apologies and service recovery. Thanks...

First time using air-con service with Cold Max and they are true to their high number of positive reviews. Satisfied with their team's professionalism by doing a clean and thorough job of chemical overhaul, which only took them about an hour to complete the whole job. Great service, thank you for solving my air-con issue and would employ them again if needed.

Firstly I want to thank Shu Huey for being patient and answer all my questions and queries ! Many changes were made but she is very helpful and friendly to adhere to it . Next I want to thanks Ah Heng and his team members for the excellent service provided ! For the first installation trip, dismantling of old air con and installation of the pipes and trucking. After it was done, I requested for the ends of the pipes to be cover with a trash bag. Ah Heng didn’t mind the extra work and went the extra miles to do it . For the second trip , installation was efficient and professionally done . They were very knowledgeable and provide advice on how to maintain the air con . After the installation they also helped to cover the FCU with bags . Another team also came to help cleaning up the house . Overall I will say Coldmax is service orientated and friendly to customers!
