This is the worste accounting “firm” in Singapore. Avoid Kelvin Min. Not sure how his employees still stand that guy.

DO NOT CONTRACT anything from this company you have been warned! The service level is terrible, there are too many other providers in Singapore to consider this one. I hope sharing this will prevent someone from considering this company.

I paid the set up fee and then asked for their rates sheet for services 4 times with no response. After getting half line answers to questions I sent a detailed email with links to what I thought were the most relevant pages from Internal Revenue Service website. His response was to refer to those sources, this is my 'accountant' telling me to do my own research and figure it out. Finally I said call me to consult, because I am unhappy with your service, and he says find another accountant and my services are non-refundable. I have not even got a bank account set up yet, horrible service. 20 yrs operating businesses in Asia, never had an accounting experience so poor. His response below says something about Nebulas, no idea what he is talking about. I am investing funds into outsourcing projects in Vietnam via Singapore involved in blockchain and AI. He refused to work with my new accountants outright, providing no documentation. We are having to try and close the company myself via the IRAS, a letter sent to the IRAS to his address has not been responded to....

Horrible company! We had a lot of problems with Kelvin Min and his team. Extremely unprofessional, and it's the worst firm to ever do business with. Unethical and dishonest firm! Kelvin Min refused to refund us the nominee deposit even after stepping down as nominee director and there are no other outstanding matters. They simply swallowed away our deposit money. Beware of this company!!

We had a lot of problems since the beginning with collective accounting and Kelvin Mihn. Kelvin and his team started very difficult and they became impossible to handle when we decided not to use his/their services anymore. The moment we informed we were ending his services to switch to a different accounting firm (bigger and better), he asked immediately for money (that we paid) to close and handover the company file to our new accountant and after few months, they file was handed over. however the file was poor and new accountant had to do 2 years job that was supposed to be carried by Kelvin Mihn and its team. No sufficient documentation was provided by to help (or facilitate) the handover and no assistance whatsoever. Excellent in receiving and asking money and terrible in handling documentation. Their "speciality" is suggesting to their own clients to go to court against them to retrieve the document they need. (such a bad and ridiculous behaviour)! We had 3 worldwide accountant dealing on this case and none of them hav ever read such unprofessional emails and practices. I have never seen a worst accountant than this firm. P.s. All payments and invoices were settled according to their requests and within the timeframe given to pay. (i write this as i can see they have replied to other reviews with a lot of words and not sure those words mean reality) Stay away from this company, there is a reason why they have 1 star rating. They are simply terrible.

I'll try to be as concise and clear as possible. Kelvin Min is the most unprofessional and biased person I have ever met in my entire career. Everything he says or does has one sole purpose: making money go from your pocket to his, and so he will not hesitate to go against your own interests if he thinks that he can charge you fees in the process. His replies to the other clients' reviews speak for themselves: what kind of professional discloses business information and shares unsavory comments on his clients just to try to win an argument? Not the kind you'd trust with your company. You should avoid Collective Accounting and more importantly this Kelvin Min guy like the plague. Like another reviewer wrote, there are hundreds of affordable options available for accounting, directorship and secretarial services, so don't make the mistake we all made just for saving a few bucks. You've been warned.

In reply to Kelvin's response: You do not send customers invoices with questionable service items that are not required by customers (I had to clarify with you several times to remove those services items as I do not need them) and force your customers to pay them BEFORE you can explain what are those service items are for. You are clearly one of those people who appear as genuine and nice in the beginning, then turn a 180 degrees once money is paid. Avoid this agency at all cost. --- Absolutely disgraceful service by Kelvin. I had 2 companies registered using his company and shared a few good conversations over the year. However when it is time for renewal of company secretarial services, I had some questions which had to be answered by him. I wouldn't for the least of me, expect Kelvin to show any bad service (he was very nice previously) and demanded that invoices had to be paid. Mate Kelvin, take a step back, when you send invoices to your clients, your clients have every right to ask what are the items for. You should not be saying things like "oh if you want to ask questions then you must pay for it before I can give you any answers.." and "it is very competitive in the market, I cannot answer your question". Is it wrong for a customer to ask what documents do I need to prepare for the annual financial statements?? And that is an item on the invoice too! I never thought to use another service provider after I met Kelvin, I even recommended my friend to him, which he signed up. But it seems like you cannot trust a person from how they behave until they really become themselves. To that, I will not recommend anyone to use this company, who is indeed only concerned about $$$$.

Contrary to the commentary below, I have found Kelvin and his firm to be extremely efficient and good at what they do. The accounting for my software company is very smooth. Kelvin correctly expects clients to have a certain level of organization on their side; Kelvin is not their full time accountant or tax consultant. He is also always in a difficult position in that he never knows what is really gong on within a clients business and at times need to be cautious. Accordingly, I never hesitate to immediately pay my Collective Accounting bills as I consider I am getting such good value from his firm.
