★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over-promised, under-delivered. Handover delayed by 4 months. Rushed job and handed over the house in February this year. It’s October and they are still doing repair works (not touch up) on defects. They have been coming in since February on a regular basis (at least fortnightly) with multiple sub-contractors at any one time. Not the type of service to expect for $400,000 of fees paid (it’s not even A&A). Happy to share details for anyone who would like to find out more.
