A	Avery Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I should have read the reviews before booking my test with them, seems like everyone faced the same issue–late test results email. I got my PCR test done at Raffles Medical Eastpoint Mall and got my results the next day via an SMS, but no email was sent to me. If you get a reply from a human through their chatbox service they will ghost you. Honestly no idea why SQ would even partner with this terrible agency.
L	Land Lord on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought taking pre-departure ART before my flight to the US with Collinson would be a hassle free experience because of it's partnership with Singapore Airlines. Big mistake! The staff at Raffles Medical insisted that my ART is only good for 24 hours and agreed to give me my ART only if I assumed all responsibility. They had zero information from Collinson and I had to forward all the email confirmations and payments from Collinson to Raffles Medical before they would perform the ART. And after the test, instead of a digital certificate as advertised on Collinson website, I had to wait 30 minutes for my hard copy test result. Just go to your nearest neighborhood clinic for your pre-departure testing.

With the changing requirements for travel testing, you would think that a competent organization would at least make themselves available for scheduling changes and information. I have had to contact my credit card company to block the charges since there is no getting in touch. I have also told SIngapore Airlines of the shameful lack of service provided by a clinic listed on their site.
V	Valerie Loo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i could give 0 stars i would. Totally not responsive. Requested to change booking time to an earlier slot takes more than 2 days to get back to me?? My PCR test is tomorrow and i still have not heard anything back? Seen many reviews on people not receiving results on time as well - lets see how it goes.
P	Pauline Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment. Next day I got an email cancelling the appointment due to "unavailability of time slot." and to use their chat to rebook an appointment. Went to the chat --no one replied for hours. Avoid at all cost - why risk your trip on such an unreliable place? Also, they require you to prepay for the appointment that they can't even book for. Shameful, considering other testing centers don't require prepayment.

Called Raffles Medical clinic and they did not have any of my booking records too. Tried to call, emailed collinson several times and no response. What am I suppose to do to get back my refund ???

I followed the instructions to rebook and have not heard anything back from the company in 48 hours. I tried calling their Singapore office and there is no answer, not evening a recording. I used their on-line contact form, no response. There are no other contact options. I am beginning to question whether this is a real business.
J	Jonathan Teo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the contrary to the recent negative reviews, mine was somewhat positive. I paid for my PCR Test online with ease. However, I was unable to book my desired appointment slot. I left a message with the chat bot and received a call within two hours for Collinson to fix up my appointment. The only thing I found strange was on the day of test, Raffles Medical requested me to send them my payment receipt email (which I thought they should have a record). Perhaps the payment transaction could have been seamless between both parties.
