Utterly unprofessional & unreliable. Spoke to James Tan and during the initial phone conversation was responsive but no show on the day of our arranged appt. He went totally un-contactable. He is well ware that I am rushing back during my lunch break to meet him at my house for pre-painting quote. Don't understand why he wants to commit on our appt when he is not going to turn up, a total waste of my time. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! If there is less than 1 star, I would have opted it!

Project manager is a young man but full of experience! I loved the color matching they suggested to me. Painters did an excellent job in painting although paint splattered onto my window grills but they cleaned it up after everything, even shifted my furniture back to the original place! Excellent service! Engaging them for my Mother in law's place next month :)

Joshua and his Team did a very good job of not only painting my 5-room flat within 3 working days, he also went the extra mile and did some repair works around the flat FOC. Of all the contractors we had consulted, none gave the us a better deal than Joshua did. I have no qualms recommending Joshua and his team to any of my friends.

Had a very pleasant experience repainting my 4 room flat. They were very patient with us while we were making up our minds about the colours and even offered very good colour suggestions which we eventually took up. Their workers did a very good job and the price quoted was also very competitive. Would definitely use them again in the future.

I find James is quite knowledgeable and polite to advise on all my queries. In my overall experience with Color Creative, i will give a 4.5 out of 5 stars for the final output. The painter who did the final touch up is polite and did to all my requests. I am happy about my choice and my new house was painted in time before the moving day.

An update on 24 Jul 2020. 1) Re-engaged Colour Creative Painting Services recently to provide touch up painting service for service yard due to prior renovation work done earlier. 2) A job well done and no painting job is too small for them. 3) In my view, please talk to Joshua or James to unnderstand more of their painting services prior to your engagement of painting contractors. 4) Many thanks for reading Regards Ben Han Ratings was based on my own personal experience: In my humble opinion, both James and Joshua were professional, patient, friendly and customer service oriented. They know their stuff well and were able to recommend me the right painting service package for my new 3rm BTO flat. Finally, job was completed within a reasonable time and overall, it was a painting job well done. ** I note that there were some negative reviews but I believe it could be cases of mis-understanding. Overall very satisfied with the work and the workers who did the painting. Fast and neat job, finished in 2 days for my 5 room flats with 5 doors and toilet pipes. Just need a little touch up for another day. I will give a 4.5 stars for their service. James is very polite, he may take longer time to answer your calls, may due to busy period at this time of the year but he is very responsible. Has recommended to my friends who did for his mum’s house, he is very satisfied with the service too!

James came down to take a look at the place so that he could recommend whether the sealer was needed or not, rather than just quoting outright. I was in a hurry and needed the painting job done fast. He was able to slot in a holiday, which normally the guys don’t work (appreciate this). The painting job was fantastic, and my home looks refreshed now.
