I can't recommend Colour Haven more highly. I choose this salon because they use an organic brand Oway that I use in Australia, The Team is very professional, salon as good if not better than some I have used in Australia, the hair washing with hot towel and then neck massage a bonus and very relaxing. I have very thick coarse hair the blow wave was amazing in this climate lasted all week. I can't thank you all so much and will be returning on my next trip. Cheers Meri

This is an amazing Salon, not only the service was amazing but the ambience is just perfect! All the staff members I came across were polite and prompt in their work. No upselling, not too pricey and only genuine advice . The icing on the cake is the head and neck message and hot towel. I am coming back again and happy to travel that extra distance!

My go to salon to get my hair dyed. They use Oway product which is very gentle, never stings my scalp and yet effective in covering grey hair. The salon is clean, the ambiance is nice and the hairstylists are very professional. They wrap your hair and neck with warm towels after washing and then give you neck and shoulder massage afterwards. It was heavenly and so relaxing.

Went there after reading the Google reviews and got a haircut. It turned out to be just as mentioned in most of the Google reviews. Quite easy to book the appointment, nice customer service, really satisfactory haircut after so long and most of all - no hidden cost. Will recommend it.

It was my first time going to a hair salon in SG after moving here and I can say that I could not be more satisfied. I got my roots colored blonde and as my natural hair color is quite dark I was a bit nervous, but the result is just brilliant. I also loved the service (neck massage!) and the atmosphere in the salon. The products used smell fantastic, you can tell that it's all natural and organic. I will be a regular customer from now on!

I don't usually share my reviews on hair salons because this is based on personal experiences, ie your hair texture, scalp condition etc. However, I like to applaud Colour Haven for providing the best hair salon experience in Sg for me. I give it a 10/10. Let me explain why. You see, having very thin and messy frail hair is almost impossible to maintain in SG as its 365 days humid, either wet or hot weather. For years, trying around different hair salons has resulted in my hair breaking very easily as I dye, rebonded my hair so often. So 1 year ago, i decided to stop going to hair salons for rebonding, to give my hair a break and use hair oil like coconut, almond oil to DIY hair treatment myself. And even though I switch my diet, start taking supplements regularly and go for long walks on weekends, my hair is still pretty much the same, nothing really helps it. Then, my son's bestie mom recommended me Colour Haven Hair Salon a couple months back. She mention the salon only use organic, natual products that is good for our scalp. The salon is located at level 2 of Alexandra Central mall, next to Ikea Alexandra. An ulu location not many heard of. I hesitated for 2 months plus as the price is costly, everything ala carte mah. But until I can't stand seeing myself in the mirror few days back, I call the salon for an appointment. Just try lah, I thought to myself. Pinky answered my call, she sounded real patient and advised me to come down ASAP for a consultation. So I went down early morning. Was the 1st customer of the day. Pinky sat me down and walk me through the consultation, asking me questions on my usual lifestyle, and examining my hair slowly. The consultation was about 15 mins long. I felt really good that finally, i found a stylist willing to listen to my hair woes. Then she recommended me the anti frizz hair treatment for extremely weak hair, and telling me the price was a good transparent move too. Honesty is what I look for. The steps seems fairly simple, and her assistant provided me with the best hair shampooing, coupled with head, neck and shoulder massage. All I can say is, it's awesome. I definitely going back again and again. I'm happy with everything, they were so meticulous, giving me a robe to wear before the treatment apron, being gentle with me and helping to ensure I am well taken care of. I felt my money spent is very worth, and will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. If they don't mind the price point , but care more on their hair and scalp. ?❤

This is possibly the best hair saloon I have ever been to. Right from the minute I entered to the point I left, everything was seamless. The whole colour and treatment experience was pure delight. Kent really took his time to attend to me. He was meticulous and patient. Not once did I feel like he was rushing through the entire process. He understood my hair concerns, gave me the right suggestions and advice . I'm truly pleased with his service. Kudos to the team!
