β β β β β I found this provider via a google search. I contacted them via whtsapp as suggested on their website. This was Monday, my message has been read but not replied to. Then I asked again on Tuesday it has been read again and again no reply whatsoever. I then wrote again on Wednesday asking why they would read my messages and never reply to and if this was a really business and why irgnore me when I got the response that they were too busy and that they state it takes 24 hours to reply etc. plus "Nonetheless given your message above, and the level of emergency that seems to justify your expectations, we recommend you to contact another service. " They seem to be too busy to care. I understand that sometimes people have no time but when you read my message why not at least tell me we will get back to you shortly? I certainly followed their advice and have contacted other providers now.

β β β β β Iβve been seeing Annelaure for more than three years now. Initially it was more frequent, addressing some especially challenging issues in the present that found itβs way back in the childhood trauma. Iβve used EMDR and visualisation in other therapist sessions before but Annelaureβs approach is very different and surprisingly effective. The following months and years I kept my appointment to monthly sessions, as regular check ins, to reflect on my thinking and behaviours, get some useful tools to get ready for the challenges i saw upcoming, and to help me become more self sufficient when storm visits. She helped me through a bullying/toxic working environment, a miscarriage, and many changes like becoming a wife, becoming a mother, choosing to leave a toxic place, and becoming a working mom. Annelaure has guided me and seen me become a confident woman who found her voice and is living her dream. Eternally grateful.
