★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience for the kids. Bored and disengaged facilitators, did little to engage with the kids and make the game exciting. Kids gave up after awhile and started playing among themselves and did not want to touch the guns after that.
Repeatedly asked the facilitators to try to engage more with the kids, but nothing was done. Paid extra for more games to be played, but nothing was planned and they were just behaving like overpaid and bored helpers.
Embarrassing and awkward for the parent guests.
Ruined my child's first party experience.

They were very responsive from the get-go, and accomodated to my MANY questions about the activity. My co-workers and I had an amazing 2-hour session with them, and even till now we talk about going back for a cohesion again when the situation gets better! Thanks for a good time, we're sure to be back!!

The equipment they provided were top notch and the facilitators they provided brought up the whole experience to another level. HIGHLY RECOMEMDED!
