Great experience with CombineSell!

Poor customer response time. Terrible after sales service. They do not care about you after you made payment. Do not recommend at all!

lousy backup service.. unable to hv customer surrport at all... my platfform hv been suspended for a month and they cant even help me to resolve , and still asking us to pay for the subsciption

Extremely terrible customer after sales service. Promises that were made are not fulfilled 5 months after project commencement. Up to date our store is still not fully 'completed'. Countless times trying to contact the Account Manager, no reply. Sent an email a few days ago to their main email regarding this, however no reply up to date. Additionally attended an online course via Zoom with a few other SME owners who have signed on with CombineSell, no one had any positive remarks about them.

It is a very badly organised company and they should be penalised for making your biz lose potential sales as they just can’t get their act together. Nothing is done while months pass by, and there are no quality standards or timeliness to their work. They will pressure you to live your account while they make plenty of repetitive blatant errors, and your store is still not set up after months. Account manager is tardy and always does not want to do the work ( which is really their work) and makes the client do it for them. Please don’t waste your money and time on this company,

This company knows how to do hide bad reviews and that shows what kind of company they are. I engaged Combinesell last year to help in boosting sales in marketplace. I'm wondering what happen to this company. The marketing support only came in Mar & Apr after my email to chase them in Feb and that's it. After that, everything back to square one. Nobody bothers to contact me up till now for marketing proposals including all the KAM. Actually, what's the point of extending a contract if nobody bothers to do any work? Up to now, zero sales in my account. If every day gets Shopee OTP from me is equals to "work", it's fine then. I can do it myself. At least I learnt my lesson that I shouldn't have trust company like this to help us in marketplace. What for we paid $2,500 to your company when actually we can keep the amount to boost the sales ourselves? I'm really really disappointed on how this company works. Biggest regret to sign up for this.

There is nothing professional about this company. We signed up for the program and paid them, their work is amateur, and they do not know what they are doing. Waste time and money. They cannot market your product. What is the point of just doing listings? I did not even see how the combinesell platform works. Tell you this platform is not ready, can't do what it claims. Zero stars!!
