β β β β β I havenβt met a real estate agent quite as unprofessional as Alvin Loh. I viewed a property with him at Espada River Valley and after expressing interest to take over the lease for one of his existing tenants I spent weeks trying to get hold of him. He doesnβt respond to messages or calls. Three weeks down the line, I find out from the tenant that Alvin and the landlord are no longer interested in a lease take over. No word from Propnex or Alvin. Buyer beware. Donβt waste your time or money.

β β β β β Terrible and unethical agent Kenny hay. Facilitated an illegal sub-rent (charging higher rent price than contract stated from another tenant) , and refused to return deposit after returning it it original condition ( place is already bad condition) nor does he want to use the cleaner I provided. He also backtracked his words, at first agreeing to use the cleaner and then suddenly change and want to charge expensive for another cleaner

β β β β β Scammy and spammy company. This girl or guy named Evon, has been spamming and pestering me every week on my phone through SMS, asking me whether I am renting my house or not. I don't know where they buy my contact from, but it's definitely unethical because I didn't any permissions.

Red flags:
Agent gave me the wrong unit number at first.
It took her 10 minutes to figure out how to get up to the apartment floor from lobby.
The agent didn't share they booked multiple people to view the place at the same time. Zero opportunity to ask specific questions and get a feel for the place with people around you. It was 8 people at the same time in the apartment.
Agent didn't confirm with tenant if it's OK to take pictures or videos of the place.
Didn't want to show condo facilities.
