Worst courier service in SG. International goods arrived in SG for 3 weeks already then they started to schedule for local dispatch. Customer hotline never answered. Facebook response very slow. Promised to deliver on a specific day but never did. Literally the worst in SG

Not so Bad After all. I ordered something expensive from Aliexpress and was eagerly tracking my parcel, found out that my vendor engaged Comone express. I went to do some research and got scared when i read all these review. To the point that i contacted my vendor telling them that there is a high chance i'm going to return the item in case it arrive late. The item was reported "arrived in Singapore" on 13/April/2022, and was delivered to JOO KOON the following day. I received a call from the delivery man and was sent a picture of the item being dropped off in our lobby. Overall very satisfied! the item came in good condition as well! My message to others, i know you are all excited to get that new toy/gadget/stuff you ordered. Give this company a chance and be patient a tiny bit :)

This is the first time my overseas shipper arranged the air shipment with Comone express. Unlike other encounter with other logistic company, Comone tracking is much detailed from departure to arrival, followed by out of delivery status. The other can only track after the parcel arrives in Singapore. Out of curiosity I googled and shocked to find so many negative reviews on ComOne. Frankly speaking I needed the parcel urgently and those reviews really scared me alot coz their ratings are the lowest among the logistic company I dealt with. However the fear is unnecessary after I received the replies from their Whatsapp and Facebook today after I send inquiry to them, their replies have lessen my fear after seeing some reviews that they din reply at all. The parcel arrived to their warehouse yesterday and I have received today. Based on the past reviews, the deliveryman was rude but the deliveryman who delivers the parcel to me just now is a friendly and smiling young man:) Thank you very much for being able to deliver to me promptly. Scam package comes from Comone express via ninja Van on cash on delivery of SGD69. My helper is at home and she paid first, not able to tell it was a scam, the stickers were stick on top of each other with other addresses they try to scam. When I open the package, it is 2 tshirts of bad quality that I didn’t order. I wrote to Comone with referral of Ninja Van 1 week ago and no one responded till today. All these have to be stopped to prevent more people to be scammed. And it can be stopped from Comone express. And don’t reply to this saying what is tracking details, you have all of that in my email. Do your part as a company if you are trying to build a good reputed business. Or is that not your priority?

Am so disappointed in the services of the seller (sketchers/woodles), platform (qoo10), and this delivery company. They mentioned that the item was out for delivery on 12/7/22 4.38 pm and it hasn't arrived since then, qoo10 and the seller both stated it was delivered, i reached out to the company and they mentioned it would be delivered by 13/7/22, 10 pm. The parcel never came. The company isn't clear about its business hours making it difficult to call through to ask. Where the hell is the 11L dustbin that I ordered?!?!?!?!

I received my parcel in 2 days upon arrival to Singapore, however the delivery was less than desirable. There are enough 1 star reviews on this page, hence i do not think this review or any other would be of significance. Delivery man sent 2 pictures of my parcel without context. It had an unfamiliar background. I checked and realised it was not delivered. I asked if it was delivered, which he replied "relax , i am on my way." A caption would have proven useful in determining the delivery status. Thereafter, he sent a text along with a photo to inform me it was delivered. However the photo showed my parcel at a wrong unit and informed that he had delivered my parcel to the wrong address. He insisted he had delivered to the right address, doubting my ability to recognise my residence. I informed that although the block was correct, my residence had different towers and he had made a mistake. He said he had parcels to deliver and was rushing for time. He collected my parcel from the unit but informed he was unable to find mine. He relayed that I should look for him to collect the parcel. In failure to do so, he did not have time and would redirect the parcel back to warehouse to be redelivered. I felt he was doing so at my expense. I had prior experience with said company and there was risk for packages to go missing or a lengthy waiting time before it can be redelivered. I was in midst of a zoom call and had to apologise for an "emergency" to locate the delivery man. He was lost and had a tough time communicating with me. His photos showed little landmark to identify by. It took 15 mins to locate him after scouring the condo. He was apologetic but I can't help but show my displeasure and to warn others of their practices. From this experience, I am glad I was vigilant and was able to check and revert the text messages in real time to correct mistakes. I had to ensure I was available to receive my parcel at his convenience. If i had not, I would have had to bear the consequences of his mistakes. The parcel would've most likely been delivered (to another recipient) and my package written off. It is important for parcels to be delivered quickly but also accurately. I understand they have a lot of parcels to deliver and are short on time but the focus should be on making successful deliveries and not by quantity of parcels delivered. Hitting quotas alone does not mean anything if the result is counterintuitive. Brushing off responsibilities once the job had been 'done' inconveniences customers to pick up the pieces. It is distasteful and requires time and effort as their customer service is non-existent. If the company employed good business practices and took customer feedback seriously, their employees would not run rampant. Taking wrongly delivered parcels or rerouted parcels as lightly and as commonplace. It is sad that ComOne Express Singapore has not improved its service standards since I’ve last dealt with them and it still gives me anxiety when i realise they are the ones handling my parcel. If given a choice i would not engage their services and i caution online retailers to refrain from doing so as well.

Decided to restore a little more faith for this delivery company as my recent experience with them turned out to be pretty smooth. The vendor I was liasing with used ComOne express to deliver a package via Air and Sea shipment. The Air shipment tracking number checking was not very smooth given that it states if the parcel is collected and which point. Contact number, time and location of the courier contact was not given. However, I googled and came across this Gmaps details which gives the number. I called the hotline number which is still valid. The receiver is very composed and managed to answer the questions I needed and even provided a work WhatsApp number for more effective communication and updates to my parcel that has arrived in Singapore. It was pretty nerve wrecking given that they were unable to give me an accurate timing to the delivery. But I understand as there are a lot of other parcels to be delivered by the drivers en route. They were responsive on WhatsApp and that really made me feel like my parcel is in safe hands. The driver himself called me 15 minutes before he delivered the parcel, and even went to the receptionist to leave the parcel there when my staff was unable to reach there in time. He waited for my approval and I felt really thankful he was so patient and gave his precious delivery time to ensure my parcel is in safe hands. He sent me images of my parcel at the location on WhatsApp too. So far my experience with them via Air freight shipment delivery was smooth. Will update when my sea shipment of my parcels arrive! :) Hope this restores some faith in this company given the reviews are so negative :(

This company is a scam, they work with Ninja Van to scam Singapore customers now. Lost $118.00 on COD item that they send wrongly. Item send worth on $10 an is a rubbish item. Smart New scams. Worst of all Ninja Van Claim they are not responsible ever the receive money via PayNow.. Both companies need to bring in to justice asap, if not Singaporean will lost millions and millions of dollars as well as investors will lost billion and billions of dollars. I hope i get my refund, but i think very hard as i spoken to Ninjavan customers support, they don't care ever they rec'd the money, claim is not their fault. This is a grey line in Singapore. We give cash payment for the name Ninjavan, if ComOne ask for cash payment i will think twist before sending cash payment or direct transfer.. Very smart business scams..
