★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their staff have SOP issues. Contacted them for just a minor window handles repair. Simple job like this take many trip and days to do. They also do not want to sell you the parts for our own repairman to do. Disappointed at the way they handle thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The windows they supply uses the worst ever mechanism for their handles. I cannot believe that the gear mechanism that requires strength is also made from aluminium or a very weak material. It breaks after a few months used. A simple lock mechanism would have been much more useful and practical. Developers using their windows are highly irresponsible.
