★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multistorey carpark, child Care centre, 24/7 supermarket, near sengkang mrt and compassone, near kopitiam, decent western stall at hawker centre below. Less 1 star for missing gantry for multistorey car park. Extremely troublesome and difficult to park at loading Bay to bring baby and stuff up. Parking attendant is always ready to issue a fine.

Lots of lovely breezy greenery relaxing fresh air away from the busy cityscapes. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.
