Terry is courteous! I’m very Thankful Terry had save my Laptop & External Hard Disc. By a full diagnose and do internal cleaning. On TOP of that he had teach me extra skills to apply on my com. He is a genius!!! Overall, I'm very satisfied with Compfix's repair technician Terry's service and in future if I have any laptop issues, I will definitely go back to Compfix and look for Terry. The assembly of the new screen to my laptop only took around half a day though it took time for the new screen to arrive. Furthermore, he was really friendly, and was nice to help me check and resolve my touch screen issue for free. Overall, a good experience gained at Compfix! Would go back for repairs again if needed (-: Highly recommend for those who needs their laptop fixed!

He will advise the estimated charges, the duration of the repair and additional advise if encountered any issue in the mid of rectifying the issue. He is patience and friendly. It is unknown why my laptop suddenly couldn't connect to internet swiftly. The technician did a check and gave me advice FOC. It works and I can write this review now. Thanks!
