I took package from this Chiropractic for 10 sessions. After finishing few sessions, I tried calling them several days and for more than 10 times at different opening timing and there was no answer and no voicemail to record message. It was very frustrating as I wanted to book appointment and can't contact them. If you're looking for a chiropractor center who provide good customer service, I won't recommend this place as it has one of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.

Amazing doctor, fantastic staff. Knows how to get to the root of the problem with the Gonstead treatment method and knows when to refer patients not suitable for treatment. This is a review based on a first visit, and likely to be the last as well. I bought my mum here for an appointment for her frozen shoulder. The receptionist was excellent and the registration was smooth without much delay. Upon meeting the chiropractor, I can sense that he is half asleep as he was mumbling to himself for most of the consultation. The Doctor told us that when closes his eyes, he is visualising the condition or possible diagnosis etc and told us not to worry. I can understand that If all he does is closes his eyes, and not dozing off while speaking to a patient. He hardly paid any attention to his patient and was constantly looking at the piece of document and doodling away with his pen while dozing off. Not to mention the Doctor was also sucking on a piece of lozenge or candy (I cannot tell) and it dropped out of his mouth while dozing off. You might think I am exaggerating but I know what I saw, very very unprofessional of a Doctor. I reported my concern to the receptionist and she informed me that the Doctor has dry eyes and was not feeling well that week so he might be on medication and all. If that was the case, why was he seeing patient when he is unfit to do so? A chiropractor holds great responsibility and burden as we patients entrust our lives to you and I think the least we can expect is a proper consultation and assessment. I was present the entire consultation and also noticed that the Doctor, while using the Gonstead instrument (Nervoscope), was not even looking at the meter as his eyes were closed and his thumbs were covering the readings. There was even a point in time where the Nervoscope caught onto the necklace that my mum was wearing and it got pulled along, causing discomfort and was choking her neck. If I may be frank, what kind of service are we getting if a Doctor do not even realize that his instrument got caught on the patient's necklace? To sum it up, it was a very very horrible first impression. It was totally out of my expectations since I have very much a high expectation for the Gonstead chiropractor due to Dr Rahim on Youtube. Initial consultation and assessment was also rather expensive and considering the type of service we got, I'd say its not worth the money at all. I really do hope that this incident does not happen to anyone else. Note to the doctor: I am not here to condemn anyone but just giving my feedback on my visit. I am not sure if you will read this, I hope you do so some reflection can be done. I hope you get well soon and please do make patients your primary concern. Thank you.

I came here to resolve my headache and stiff problem which had been bothering me for the past 3 years. After seeing various doctors in polyclinics and A&Es, all they could do is give me pain killers for temporary relieve. I went online to search for other solutions. Went for chinese medicine deep tissue massage, bought various massager for foot reflexology and neck massagers, had my own massage chair at home, all did not solve my problem. As I saw a online discount voucher with this chiropractic. Did some research and understand that chiropractic might be the solution when western medicines fail. During the first visit, doctor Dylan was very professional and friendly, he is able to diagnose the potential issues by looking and touching the spine. After the initial adjustment, I had slight headache that night, after that one headache for the first week, subsequently zero headache. I continued my treatment and my stiff neck is slowly fading away. I am very happy person now because I am able to live my live without pain.
