★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude. Saw the sunshade that I wanted on their shop on lazada for $45, decided to go down to the shop to check on the quality but was told the price is $55. When I pointed out that their online store was showing a different price, she said 'you buy online la'.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a fairly large selection of auto accessories and auto maintenance supplies. Prices at the store were slightly more expensive than if you ordered from their online store. Parking is free there but the location is somewhat obscure. It's a one way street leading to their building so if you miss it, you'll have to make a rather long detour.

Long story short, stock ran out during 11.11 after purchasing but shop honour the deal when the stocks are in almost 3 weeks later. Kudos to Concorde!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy Bosch windshield wiper. I do not know which model suitable for my car and I do not know how to replace the wiper. The boss helped me to replace the wiper. We were struggled to remove the wiper. He searched the instruction in Google and managed to replace the wiper. Then he showed how to replace the wiper. They are very friendly and helpful. I will go back again to buy all my car accessories and car wash stuff.
