They only provide with meals times during quarantine for COVID-19 7am to 9pm breakfast lunch 11am to 12pm and dinner 5 to 6pm. So have to follow the rules here. If u are quarantine for 10 to 14 days. Sri from connect Changi is very helpful worker and always give me two bottles of water . Keep up the good work brother. I would thank everyone for helping me carrying the bags.

J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your front desk hotline is terrible. Dinner not delivered, called more than 20 times and line busy. Called your medical side and they said would check, end up also never send my food up. Buey tahan ownself order food, then your front desk counter say pass timing, cannot send up for me ??? After much hassle, finally got my order at 11:30PM, and then your front desk staff still got the cheek to say "delivering up for you out of goodwill". Atrocious. Your doctors are solid tho, always give a prompt response. Food and room condition is good too, but that incident overshadows the whole experience.

Checking out team was also amazing and efficient, especially Stanley from the Security department. he has helped me carry my bags and load inside the car as i was alone and without even asking for help. he was so efficient and helpful. great team you got.

I must say that the room, the medical team, housekeepers & food provided were excellent! The medical team is very responsive. My daughter was having flu & sore throat during the stay, when I called the medical team for medication, they sent the medicine in less than 30min?? Their meals are also well planned, there are western & Chinese breakfast at different days, they also served steam fish which is suitable for kids when they have sore throat. The meals also consist of mixed fruit & cakes which the kids enjoyed a lot! When you request for the toiletries & coffee/tea bags top up, the housekeeper sent them in less than 20min, really efficient. I wanted to say a big Thank You to the whole teams for making our QO comfortable & happy stay??
L	Likeables Haha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for isolation. The medical team and the staff were responsive, helpful n friendly. The room was comfortable n equipped with kettle, microwave oven, small fridge n TV. I'm very grateful for such a place that the government has provided.
M	Mdindrsfk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my QO here for 10 days. It’s a hotel, inside an exhibition hall itself. So basically there isn’t any views to look at. Average size for a room for two, an open wardrobe to hang clothes,with electric kettle, minibar and a microwave which i think is good. Three plug and usb switches is available at bedsides and desk and the wifi signal is quite strong. Also have channels like sports, natgeos, history,hbos and local on tv. Toilet is also clean and well maintained with shower screens and bidet. Had a comfortable recovery here.

While there was nothing specific to rave about. I do appreciate each & everyone’s effort to keep this place rolling like a precision machine. Well done everyone. Keep it up !!!
