★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is quite hard to navigate around. One had to attend a meeting here, and it took me half and hour to figure out the correct lobby to go up. And the fact that the lobby is only accessible directly by car park as instructed by the point is a horrible thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it's exterior looks spanking but try the staircases you will be transformed back to 80s! Nearby food, big Ntuc, Macdonald,hawker centre,Indian restaurant Brinda's and the best my favourite spot is above 2nd floor Brinda's you could find 60s 70s style antique shops!
