Good product.

Would like to applaud the team behind Consolidated Systems for the prompt replies and deliveries.

We have ordered the mop bucket from them since weeks before and asking for a delivery date for 3 times and finally they replied and said we have many customers purchasing the hand sanitizer now due to the virus outbreak so please self collection ourselves. Just a while ago, i called them for refund payment the name Lennie told me that he paynow or paylah me the amount without asking any mobile number from me by saying this he also said to me that our company never support him on any cleaning machine like others; he sounded to me is like never support him on getting the machine from him and there is no delivery for us.

Same as previous mentioned reviews, after providing quotation, price increases (happened within a day). They only inform you the price increase when you said you want to place order. Very dishonest sales and company. Product not that fantastic also. Don’t buy from them.

From ordering, service and delivery is very irresponsible. Accepted ordering and yet issue invoice with price and quantity but after that increases price and reduce quantity. In business I thought once issue invoice should honour the price and quantity as should have check stock level and quotes the price too. How can it just ordered, accepted and issue invoice and just change as they like. Our company is very understanding of the situation that they face of manpower shortage so Mary ask us to self collection on the next day. We agreed but on next day she didn't allow us to collect and mentioned no stock. Lennie still mentioned that our company is not understanding at all as other companies do self-collect themselves. But now is Consolidated break their promise not letting us to go for collection and said no stock. What is that comments he gave. Somemore I mentioned that we would like to feedback to their management but he told me that their is just family business and he refused to give the contact. Does it mean that family business can do business in this way. Very disappointed with such encountered that we have very understanding of their situation.

Frankly extremely disappointed with the father and son team. A pair of bad business owners with bad business practises. Bad experience, avoid at all cost.
