Service wise, Im assuming its because the staff are still getting used getting back up to pre-pandemic levels of service. so all good!

Food 4/5: Food is good but nothing special, except for the cheese truffle honey toast is really good.
Price 2/5: it is pricy, good to come on special occasions.
View 4/5: even though we did not get window seats, but the vibe is good.

β β β β β Disappointed with some of the food, but the ambiance was great.
Hawker burger, the beef was a little too dry and hard, char siew had very little Char siew taste, the pork belly was good though, it was a expensive dish but I wonβt recommend it
Calamari wasnβt those fresh ones, it was frozen calamari, the taste was not bad, tasted like takoyaki balls.
Cheese wings tasted like mcwings, but the cheese sauce was bad, if u can see the picture it had this paste like texture, either too much flour or just wasnβt fresh.
Sticky date dessert was nice, it was a great balance of bitterness from the cocoa and sweetness from the icecream and red date.
Overall I think the mains felt more like bar food standard but with a much more expensive price tag. For the ambiance it is great

β β β β β A surprise find. The hotel is tucked in the midst of commercial buildings and Cook and Brew is way up on the 33rd floor. It is not a cafe you will walk pass or a place of high traffic flow. Yet it serves some yummy food at a reasonable price

β β β β β Dinner with the girls in the CBD. A bit quiet but nice place. Food was good but pricey and the service left a lot to be desired (even though they were not busy). My friend is gluten free and the pasta dish had a gluten friendly logo but actually itβs regular pasta so not gluten free at all. I would expect a bit better from such a place and wouldnβt go back myself as there are better places for the same or cheaper price.

β β β β β I love the ambience, the amazing sea and sky view. The food is great, 10/10! Portion is big too. Price is reasonable as well. The satisfaction of the food, relaxing ambience allow me to relax my mind and enjoy the delicacies. Their service is great too!
