I also want to say that they provided great service and were really through in explaining my issues. They were also really nice and made sure to clean up after performing their work. Great job guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engaged their service for my aircon breakdown in Aug 21. Technician came for assessment and said that my CU power board relay is faulty but no spare parts to replace on the spot so will check and get back. After 3 days still no reply, totally dont care. Call the hotline no and got the reply that they will check again. Wait another 2 days and yet no reply. After whatapps to complain their bad customer service, just reply with a quotation of $1260 repair cost and full stop, nothing else mentioned. I think it is the worst service ever engaged. Will never want to have another dealing with this company. Wonder how the previous rating is rated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They came over and cleaned my aircon blower. $90 charge. The aircon became ok at first but the aircon started to leak within a month. Called them, texted them, no response and it already has been 20 days.
Because of their horrible after-service, I will not recommend them to anyone. Also, I have not experienced a service where the aircon leaks before 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced by Brendon, did for 2 wall mounted unit and helped to check Aircon condition and informed us the prevailing possible issue. We opt for cooling gas top up also, the service was fast and efficient, thumbs up for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest service from the technician Mr Nick. Knowing we spend alot for the servicing previously from another company but still doesn't fix the issue, he suggested a cheaper alternative. Show us the problem, clean it up and our aircon works great ever since. Knowledgeable on LG aircon. Booking was easy , replies through WhatsApp was fast too.
