★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faulty air conditioners that were unable to chill the rooms to desired temperature were reported to the company, servicing crew were sent and claimed to have resolve the faults. This cycle repeated a few times until the company proposed an overhaul that is quite expensive.
On top of the faults, the company offers a contract that services the air conditioners quarterly and charges per unit serviced. It is greatly disappointing that the servicing that was suppose to detect and mitigate these faults were inutile.
I believe the company's primary source of business is from commercial projects, whereas residential contracts is a tiny fraction of its revenue which perhaps explains the effort.
Highly unrecommended.
