★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not engage this service if you expect their general aircon servicing to thoroughly clean the fan blowers of your aircon if it is very dirty. I was told they do not remove the fan blower for cleaning for general service.
Otherwise they were pretty responsive to my request and arrived on time to perform the job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so many aircon servicing companies out there. But how do you know which ones are reputable and honest? I had an issue where one of my unit lost its cooling function after a month(serviced from another vendor). I contacted Coolman and they told me "The unit should still be under service warranty. Try to contact them, you will save money ." Its nice to know that they are being considerate and honest
rather than being greedy for jobs. I explained the situation and they came over and fixed my problem very quickly.

The technicians were very professional and efficiently solved the issue. They even did a thorough check on our other units. Well done guys! Before the service, they will give you a call to ask if it's good time to arrive in X minutes, which makes it convenient for the customer. I forget to have enough cash with me, so need the staff to wait for me to withdraw some from an ATM nearby, they are very patient and considerate. The price is very reasonable also.
