★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider ever encountered. It was shocking that a service technician should approach the job with such bad demeanor - Technician was inexplicably rude from the moment he entered, and even used racial comments.
Further, when technician passes judgement that the client should return back to their own country, it only shows a very abysmal attitude and low level of professionalism, ethics and commitment.
Not even worth being rated at one star.
