Buyer Beware I bought a unit at Corals last November under 2 million. I rushed into buying the property because the incentives that was offered directly by the developer - Keppel Land. Upon moving in in Jan 2020 this year, I realized the wash machine pipe was broken which later had to be fixed. Bathroom doors mixing screws and toilet holders had been put on backwards. Just yesterday, Intercom had stopped working. After I contacted management office and Keppel Land. This is all in the span of moving in and living this new place past 5 month. After contacting management office and the Keppel Land, I was told that the property is sold as it is and all costs will be bear on my own as these issues are not covered by the 650 SGD monthly condo maintenance costs. I would strongly advise any new buyers to negotiate for one year warranty if the unit is brand new and check all the details for unit you are looking to buy so you don't come across the same hassles and mistake I made.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with direct access to a boardwalk along the waterfront with breathtaking views of the sea. Close to various parks (Labrador, Mount Faber) and just 7 minutes walk from the biggest mall in Singapore (Vivocity) and Harbourfront MRT, a major transport interchange. Sentosa is literally in your backyard. There are relatively few units here for the land size so the population density is low and it doesn't feel crowded. The grounds are well designed and immaculately maintained. Great if you want to stay somewhere with a resort feeling while still being close to the CBD and amenities.

Very difficult place to get into esp for poor delivery personnel - no safe place to park bikes and lifts only work with a pass card. Yes, secure but forces guests and service/delivery personnel to use the lift or tailgate... far from ideal!

Fantastic place to live! Walk to Labrador Park, eat and drink on Keppel Island, relax in the grounds. Only 8 minutes to VivoCity and all the connections it has.

Beautiful development - amazing Pool… 2 Stars because working hours from construction site is 8am - 10pm, MO - SA… can not work from home with this noise all time… problem for all Towers looking east until 2025 - Agent will tell you “no problem” but better visit and see the flat during construction site working hours to make sure you OK with the terrible loud noise…
