★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service not very helpful. They sent the Notice of Arrival (NOA) to us 1 day AFTER our container have arrived and that was also only after I sent an email to ask about the status of my container. By the time I received their NOA it was more than 24 hours later and it was already Friday late afternoon and we could not arrange with our trucking company to pull the container out by Saturday and we were only give 3 days of free storage at PSA. For this reason PSA charged us for storage and when we put up our complain to Cosco with prove, Claims & Operations Department was RUDE and SARCASTIC and said that under the B/L there is no provision for such claim. We are asked to pay for a penalty that is by no fault of our own. Customer service also couldn't help us. In time to come, such company's business ethics will cost them dearly.
